In an effort to protect our valued clients, our staff and our community at large, we are implementing the following policies regarding appointments:
– If you are sick, please have someone else bring your pet to the appointment
– When you arrive for your pet’s appointment, please call us and Eli will retrieve your pet from your vehicle
– Please wait in your vehicle while your pet is being evaluated (this generally takes 20-25 minutes)
– Your pet will be returned, and payment will be collected
– Dr. Schlater will discuss your pet’s results and answer any questions via your preferred method of communication (face-to-face outside with appropriate social distancing [weather permitting], phone call, video chat [FaceTime or Skype] or email)
– Within a few days of your pet’s appointment, a detailed cardiology case summary will be emailed to you and your pet’s primary care veterinarian
